New build cleanup / Post-construction cleaning
Our new build cleaning is a three part process:
Rough clean - This phase occurs before flooring is installed and any painting is done. Our cleaners will remove any debris from the floor and vacuum remaining dirt so that the subfloor is ready for flooring installation. They also wipe down any surfaces to be painted to remove dust, this increases the quality and longevity of the paint.
Final clean - This phase occurs after the construction in the home is complete. Our team will perform a deep clean throughout the home, leaving it ready for inspection by the homeowners.
Touch-up clean - Touch up cleaning occurs after absolutely everything else is complete. We will perform a light cleaning of the entire house, and clean up after any last minute work that was performed.
Post-construction cleaning - As a one time cleaning after your home is built. We'll come out after the dust settles and make sure it is move-in ready!

Residential Cleaning
This includes sweeping and mopping / vacuuming the entire home, cleaning tables and counters, cleaning cabinets and the outside of your kitchen appliances. This also includes washing any dishes within reason, cleaning your sinks, cleaning any showers and bathtubs. We will make your beds, clean mirrors, dust light fixtures and blinds as well as shelves. Lastly, our team will tidy up around the house within reason, and empty all of your waste baskets
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning involves everything from the Residential Cleaning, with some additional services. Our team will wash all reachable light fixtures, clean the inside of your windows, clean floors underneath furniture that we are able to move, wash all visible baseboards plus your doors and trim, and they will spot wash your walls to leave them looking refreshed.
Move in / Move out Cleaning
Our Move in / Move out clean includes everything from our regular Residential Cleaning as well as a few add-one. These are; a complete wall wash, cleaning all light fixtures, washing all baseboards and trim, washing all doors, and washing all windows.
Vacation Rental Turnover
Our vacation rental turnover is a deep cleaning plus washing all bedding and towels as well as any special requests required for your unique vacation home!
